AED 148.2B Sales Value – Dubai saw an average of 24% increase in sales value Year-on-Year,
AED 47,4K Sales Volume – It has seen an 18% increase in the volume of sales Year-on-Year, demonstrating the continued rise in demand in the region.
Top Performing Areas – JVC, Wadi Al Safa 5, Business Bay, Dubai South and Dubai Marina are the highest performing areas in respect of sales volume in Dubai.
👉 Takeaway: Despite the continuing rise of property prices in Dubai, it is still being driven by demand and has not yet reached the price/sqft of other major cities in the world, making it a great investment opportunity for investors across the globe.

We’re currently managing several renovation and development projects. Here’s an inside look:

Non-objection certificate from the developer has been received.
Dubai Development Authority approval is expected to be received in the next couple of weeks.
Designs of the interior and landscape have been finalised.
Mobilisation to site will commense on Monday.
Appliances have been delivered to site.
What’s next? Material selection will be finalised and full demolition works to begin!
