  • AED 148.2B Sales Value – Dubai saw an average of 24% increase in sales value Year-on-Year,

  • AED 47,4K Sales Volume – It has seen an 18% increase in the volume of sales Year-on-Year, demonstrating the continued rise in demand in the region.

  • Top Performing Areas – JVC, Wadi Al Safa 5, Business Bay, Dubai South and Dubai Marina are the highest performing areas in respect of sales volume in Dubai.

👉 Takeaway: Despite the continuing rise of property prices in Dubai, it is still being driven by demand and has not yet reached the price/sqft of other major cities in the world, making it a great investment opportunity for investors across the globe.

We’re currently managing several renovation and development projects. Here’s an inside look:

📍 Mira Oasis 2, Dubai.

  • Non-objection certificate from the developer has been received.

  • Dubai Development Authority approval is expected to be received in the next couple of weeks.

  • Designs of the interior and landscape have been finalised.

  • Mobilisation to site will commense on Monday.

  • Appliances have been delivered to site.

What’s next? Material selection will be finalised and full demolition works to begin!

We’re preparing to open our next investment round soon — and it’s our biggest project to date.

  • Total Funds to be Raised: AED 5.5M

  • Target Investor Return: 15% over 12 months for investments over AED 500k. 12% over 12 months for investments of less than AED 500k.
