Despite Mira Oasis 2 sales prices rising 21% over the last 12 months, we have taken no capital appreciation into consideration when projecting the profits of this project which demonstrates the conservative nature of our workings. This property is a Type A corner unit, which gives us a larger garden and plot size to install a swimming pool as well as a sunken fire pit.
The anticipated project timeline is 6-8 months, including purchase, renovation and sale of the property.
